Employees confirm their mobile phone number during their first login to the Employee Portal. By providing or confirming a mobile phone number and not selecting the “Opt out of non-emergency SMS” option, employees consent to receive these employment-related text messages.

Upon first login to the Employee Portal, employees are prompted to confirm their contact information and paperless settings, including their mobile phone number and the option to opt out of non-emergency SMS communications.
